Tender For Provision Of Certain Works For Force Protection Measures Under Stn Hq Tangtse In The Aor Of Ge 860 Ews- 1 Design & Construction Of Factory Made Precast Rcc Bunker (Modular Structure) To Be Placed Underground As Shown On Drawing Having 6000 X 3500 X 2500 Mm (Internal Dimensions) Including Loading, Transportation, Unloading, Lifting And Placing In Position, Flooring Tiles, Adequate Luminaries Complete Including Restoration Of Disturbed Surfaces. The Unit Rate Quoted Against This Item Shall Deemed To Include The Followings :-(I) Ascertaining / Testing Of Sbc At Requisite Site Of Construction. (Ii) Submission Of Design & Drawing Of Bunker Duly Vetted By Iit Including Structural Analysis, M-50 Design Mix Before Commencement Of Pre-Casting And Execution Work. The Unit Rates Shall Deemed To Include All This Aspects. (Iii) The Contractor Shall Remain Responsible For Structural Adequacy, Stability, Quality And Conformity Of The Bunker With Approved Design And Contractual Requirement, Notwithstanding Deptt Approval. (Iv) The Unit Rate Quoted Against This Item Shall Be For A Single Consolidated Rate Per Bunker Complete. No Separate Payment Shall Be Admissible For Any Component Or Incidental Work Included In The Boq Discerption. (V) Precast Bunker Shall Be Constructed Of M-50 Design Mix Concrete As Per Is : 10262. Test Certificate Shall Be Submitted By The Contractor Before Installation. 2 (Vi) Pre-Cast Bunker Shall Be Casted / Constructed At Factory / Fabrication Plant Of Contractor.(Vii) The Contractor Shall Have Or Shift Factory / Plant Within 200 Km Of Site Of Work. The Tenderers Shall Submit The Present Location Alongwith Complete Address Of Their Plant And Furnish An Undertaking That Immediately After Acceptance Of Tender, They Shall Shift Their Plant Within 200 Km, In Case Existing Beyond.(Viii) The Bunker Units Alongwith Its Accessary If Any Shall Be Transported At Site Of Work Using Appropriate Load Carrying Vehicle Machinery By The Contractor. Any Damage During Transportation Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. (Ix) The Contractor Shall Submit Schedule Of Casting Concrete At Least 07 Days Prior So That Concerned Ge, Engineer-In-Charge & Je Can Plan Their Visit For Supervision Of Work Accordingly.
