Tarnogórska In Gliwice To The Maneuvering Area Planned In The Area Of ​​Roeu R-V And Notifications For The Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Acceptance Of Notification Ab.6743.6.26.2024. Scope Of Construction Works: - Halika Street From Ul. Tarnogórska To The Border Of The Zrid Decision, Class L, With A Length Of Approx. 194 M. - Teligi Street From Ul. Halik To Ul. Class D Roads, Approx. 280 M Long. - Intersection With Future Cross Roads (Ul. Czaplicka And Fiedlera). - Pedestrian Communication Routes. - Street Lighting And Street Drainage (Rainwater Drainage). - Technology Channel. - Access To The Property. - Greenery Development. - Reconstruction Or Protection Of Conflicting Utility Networks. The Scope Of Works Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Zrid Decision And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities. Additionally, The Swz Documentation Is Presented In Editable Files (Projects In Dwg Files) In Order To Clearly Determine The Number Of Works. The Presented Design Documentation Supplements The Construction Design On The Basis Of Which The Zrid Decision Was Issued With Additional Elements Of Road Equipment: Sidewalks, Greenery, Lighting, Exits, Service Channel, Reconstruction Or Protection Of Conflicting Utility Networks. Required Warranty Period: The Contractor Grants A 60-Month Warranty (The Beginning Of Which Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works By The Parties. Required Warranty Period: The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Is Extended By Granting A Warranty For A Period Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract.
