1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Completion Of Works On The Investment Task Titled: Completion Of The Construction Of A Village Community Center In Wężowiec, Nowy Dwór Gdański Commune, On Plot No. 21/38, Kępiny Małe District, After The Interruption Of The Investment And The Ordering Partys Withdrawal From The Contract With The Current Contractor. The Building Of The Village Community Center Will Be Used As A Meeting Place For The Local Community And Will Provide The Basic Social, Educational And Organizational Needs Of The Residents Of The Wężowiec Commune. The Designed Village Community Center Building Consists Of A Community Room, A Sanitary Facility, A Cloakroom, Kitchen Facilities And A Technical Room. The Building Has One Floor Above Ground, Covered With A Symmetrical Gable Roof With A Roof Slope Angle Of 30 Degrees. The Building Has Already Started Shell Construction. As Of The Day The Construction Site Was Taken Over By The Ordering Party, The Following Had Been Completed: 1.Excavations For The Foundations Of The Building.2.Replacing The Soil With Laying Geotextile.3.Foundation Slab.4.Backfilling Of The Foundation Slab, Without Final Macro-Leveling Of The Area.5.Load-Bearing Walls Of The Building.6.Partition Walls Of The Building.7.Lintels Of Supporting Walls And Partition Walls.8.Wreath On Load-Bearing Walls.9.Insulation Of The Foundation Slab And Plinth Area - Gluing The Slabs Without Mesh + Glue.10.Underfloor Installations: Sections Of Sanitary Sewage And Water.11.Foundation Rim Made Of Cooperage.12.Sanitary Sewage Connection. The Building Should Be Equipped With, Among Others, The Following Installations: Electrical, Lightning Protection, Photovoltaic Panels, Electrical Energy, Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Domestic Hot Water (Heat Pump), Ventilation, Fire Protection, Rtv, Computer, Cctv, Fire Protection, Monitoring Installation And Connections.
