The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 Is Improvement Of Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings Of The Świdnica Commune - The Building Of The Community Center In Bystrzyca Górna, Which Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Renovation Of The Facade, 2) Replacement Of Window Joinery And Doors, 3) Replacement Of Floors With Insulation, 4) Thermal Modernization Of The Flat Roof Along With The Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters,5) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings,6) Construction Of A Toilet For Disabled People,7) Renovation Of External Stairs,8) Finishing Of Walls And Ceilings Including Painting9) Replacing The Water Supply System With Accessories,10) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And Condensate Drainage11) Installation Of Electric Heaters,12) Installation Of Air Conditioning,13) Installation Of Ventilation,14) Installation Of The Installation Pv,15) Installation Of A Heat Pump (Air-Air) With Power Supply,16) Replacement Of Lighting,17) Cleaning Works,18) Waste Disposal.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Errata Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Is An Auxiliary Document For Preparing The Valuation.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.5.The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Pzp.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.7.The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 8. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors.9.During The Order Execution Period, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Be Employed Under An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Employees Performing Construction And Assembly Work, Excluding Management Staff And Administration Employees.10.During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Contractors Or Subcontractors Compliance With The Requirement
