4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Forge Building With A Change Of Use And Construction Of Necessary Internal Installations, Conservation Works And Restoration Of The Historical Form Of Buildings Is The Performance Of Construction And Conservation Works On Three Interconnected Buildings Located In The Palace And Park Complex Książ Castle In Wałbrzych (Plot No. 41, Plot No. 51 Książ), Which Is A Monument, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision Of May 6, 1958, Under Number A/4627/481:4.1.1.Basic Order: Structure No. 1 (Building Of The Former Forge). Reconstruction And Superstructure Aimed At Restoring The Historical Shape Of The Roof (Gable Roof With Pediments With An Angle Of 58° And Wooden Frame Structure). The Works Include Changing The Use Of The Basement Into A Tourist And Exhibition Zone (Connection To The Underground Tourist Route) And Gardeners Storage Rooms. On The Ground Floor There Will Be A Waiting Room For Tourists, A Sanitary Facility (Adapted For Disabled People), A Gas Boiler Room And Space For Small Catering. The Attic Will Be Adapted Into Cloakroom And Social Facilities For The Castle Gardeners. The Scope Also Includes Full Multi-Sector Modernization Of Internal Installations And Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Staircase, As Well As Preparation Of Replacement Design Documentation (For Part Of The Ground Floor Room In Order To Implement The Function Of Small Catering Services In This Space).4.1.2.Option No. 1: Structure No. 2 (Stone Perimeter Wall). Conservation Works, Cleaning And Supplementing The Stone Face And Local Repair Of The Crown Of The Wall Running Along The External Stairs.4.1.3.Option No. 2: Structure No. 3 (Donkey Gate With Cloister) Comprehensive Conservation Works Of The Gate Building. Reconstruction Of The Historical Form Of The Pyramidal Dome Above The Corner Turret, Renovation And Repair Of The Wooden Structure, Relocation And Cleaning Of The Plain Tile Roof, And Installation Of New Balustrades At The Stairs Leading To The Cloister.
