The Basic Purpose Of Carrying Out Work On The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Is To Perform Such A Scope Of Works That Will Significantly Improve The Technical Condition Of The Bridge And Restore Its Original Technical And Functional Values.3.2 The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Taking Over And Organization Of The Construction Site; 2) Execution Of Construction Works, I.E.: A) Execution Of New Horizontal Insulation With A New Bituminous Surface, B) Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Platform And Restoration Of The Original Condition Using Materials With Appropriate Technical Approvals Or Certificates, C) Filling Of Gaps And Surface Repairs On The Surfaces Of The Abutments, D) Repair Of The Upper Surfaces Of The Supports Using Monolithic Technology, E) Surface Repairs On The Surfaces Of The Supports, F) Surface Works On The Access Roads The Facility,G) Completing The Fortifications And Defects,H) Installing Road Safety Elements,I) Cleaning The Watercourse Bed 5 M Before And 5M After The Bridge,J) Obtaining The Necessary Documents Enabling The Use Of The Facility. The Subject Of The Investment Is Located Entirely In The Wojcieszów Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: - Detailed Design, - Technical Specifications And Acceptance Of Works, - Geotechnical Opinion, - Bill Of Quantities, - Letter From The Polish Water Management Authority - Agreement, - Decision Of The Staroste Of Złotoryja Nś.613.52.2026 Of May 26, 2026 Regarding Permission To Remove Trees, - Certificate Ab.6743.202.2.2026 Of The Staroste Of Złotoryja Regarding No. Raise An Objection To The Intention To Rebuild The Bridge.
