1. The Order Envisages The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design And Executive Documentation, Including: 1) Construction Of Ul. Gdyńska With Sidewalks, Roadsides, Parking Spaces, Exits And A Road; 2) Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 163, Ul. Szosa Połczyńska With Municipal Road No. 330525Z Ul. Gdyńska;3) Development And Notification Of Temporary Traffic Organization;4) Vertical Regulation Of Technical Infrastructure;5) Removal Of Collision With A Fire Hydrant. By Dismantling The Existing Hydrant And Installing A New Above-Ground Hydrant In A Place Agreed With The Water Supply Network Operator, I.E. Rwik Sp. Z O. O. In Białogard. The Dismantled Elements Of The Water Supply Network Should Be Handed Over To Rwik. Sp. Z O. O.;6) Replacement Of Covers Of Telecommunications Manholes;7) Construction Of Green Areas, Including: Green Belts, Lawns And Plantings Of Greenery And Replacement Tree Plantings;8) Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs Intended For Felling;9) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Stormwater Drainage;10) Construction Of A Storm Sewage Outlet To A Water Facility - A Drainage Ditch;11) Dismantling Of Existing Parts Electrical Devices In The Form Of: Cable, Poles, Booms And Fixtures With Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Design;12) Construction Of Road Lighting;13) Construction Of A Service Duct;14) Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Consents And Permits, Including An Occupancy Permit Issued By The Construction Supervision In Białogard.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Documentation.3.In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Information Regarding The Scope Of The Order, It Is Assumed That The Contractor Has Included In The Offer Price The Widest Possible Scope Resulting From Any Document Provided, Including Answers To Questions And Changes To The Content Of The Specification Of Terms Of Order.4.The Bill Of Quantities Provided In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Documentation Is Only An Auxiliary Function And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Calculating The Offer Price.5.Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. Whenever The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Approvals Or Certificates In The Content Of This Tor Or In Its Annexes, The Contractor May Use Standards, Approvals Or Certificates Equivalent To Them.7.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.8.The Provisions Regulating Subcontracting Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.9.The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2/10.The Ordering Party Sets The Date Of The On-Site Inspection For November 5, 2026 At 10:00.
