1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil In The Amount Of 33,000 Liters. The Light Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered To The Boiler Room Located In Świecko (69-100 Słubice, Świecko 37) By Road Transport - A Road Tanker Equipped With An Unloading Pump With A Measuring Installation Approved For Use In Accordance With The Provisions On Legal Metrological Control, After Proper Compliance Assessment Or With Valid Legalization, Depending On The Stage Of Use And The Appropriate Control Mode, And A Printer Enabling Printing Of The Amount Of Fuel Issued To The Ordering Party, As Well As An Unloading Hose And Connectors Adapted To The Filler Holes Of Fuel Tanks. Deliveries Will Be Settled Based On The Printout Of Fuel Unloading At Actual Temperature. The Equipment Should Have Up-To-Date Technical Tests Meeting All Requirements For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels. Light Fuel Oil Should Have The Following Physical And Chemical Parameters (Which, In Accordance With Article 246(2) Of The Act, Constitute Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order):A) Density At 15 °C, Max.860 Kg/M3 B) Calorific Value, Min.42.6 Mj/Kg C) Flash Point, Min.56°C D) Kinematic Viscosity At 20°C, Max.6.00 Mm2/S E) Fraction Composition: - Up To 250 °C Distils, Max. - Up To 350 °C Distils, Min.65% (V/V)85% (V/V) F) Pour Point, Max. -20°C G) Coking Residue From 10% Distillation Residue, Max.0.3% (M/M) H) Sulfur Content, Max.0.10% (M/M) I) Water Content, Max.200 Mg/Kg J) Content Of Solid Impurities, Max.24 Mg/Kg K) Residue After Incineration, Max.0.01% (M/M) L) Color Red2.In Addition, The Ordering Party Provides The Identification Number Of The Heating Devices Assigned By The Tax Office In Gorzów Wielkopolski, I.E. Plc001. The Parties Perform The Obligations Arising From The Provisions On The Monitoring System For Road And Rail Transport Of Goods And Trade In Heating Fuels, According To Their Roles. The Contractor Will Ensure The Fulfillment Of Obligations Regarding The Sending And Transportation Of Fuel And Providing The Ordering Party With The Notification Reference Number And Data Necessary To Confirm Receipt. Before Commencing Transport, The Ordering Party Will Provide Current Identification Data Of The Registered Consuming Oil Entity And The Place Of Delivery, And Will Provide Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Fuel And Its Destination At Sent On The Day Of Fuel Delivery, In Accordance With The Regulations. In The Event Of System Unavailability, The Parties Will Use The Appropriate Emergency Mode.
