The Subject Of The Order Are Design And Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Selective Waste Collection Point In The Sośnicowice Commune.2.The Ordering Party Obtained Funding From The European Union Under Priority Axis Ii European Funds For Green Development, Measure 2.12 Municipal Waste Management, Project Type 2: Selective Collection Points For Municipal Waste (Pszok).3.The Material Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Elements:3.1.Design Documentation: A) Architectural And Construction Design For A Building Permit (Including Land Development Design), B) Technical Designs (Extended With Elements Of The Detailed Design) Of All Industries, C) As-Built Documentation.3.2.Obtaining A Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.3.3.Obtaining, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Declaration Of Compliance Of The Project With The Environmental Objectives For The Water Body Or A Document (Information) Confirming The Compliance Of The Project With The Environmental Objectives For The Water Body.3.4.Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party: An Application For A Fire Safety Report, Fire Extinguishing Equipment, Fire Safety Instructions;3.5.All Additional Studies, Applications And Arrangements Required By Construction Law And Other Regulations Aimed At Obtaining A Building Permit.3.6.Acceptance Documentation Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, Including Tests Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations Regarding The Efficiency Of Connections, Accessories, Safeguards And Means Of Protection Against Electric Shocks, Insulation Resistance Of Wires And Grounding Of Installations And Devices.3.7.Construction Works, Which Include, In Particular, The Following Facilities With Their Equipment, Land Development Elements And Technical Infrastructure: Section 2.2. 4.
