The Project Aims To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Building And Adapt The Space To Create A Social Services Center In The Sabno Commune. The Following Scope Of Works Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: 1.Floors: Preparation And Leveling Of The Substrate, Layers Of Moisture-Proof And Thermal-Acoustic Insulation, Cement Floors With Reinforcement, Local Seals; Laying R11 Anti-Slip Stoneware Tiles (Approx. 67,736 M2) And Plinths (Approx. 80.5 M)2.Walls And Ceilings: Repairs And Preparation Of The Substrate, Priming, Plastering, Painting With Washable Paints; Wall Cladding With Stoneware Tiles (Approx. 35,733 M2), Insulation In Wet Areas, Local Plasterboard Cladding, Ventilation Grilles. Construction Of An Armstrong Type Ceiling.3.Door Joinery: Preparation And Adjustment Of Openings, Including Lintel Work, Installation Of New Full Internal Doors With Frames And Fittings (Cost Estimate: 17,640 M2) And External Aluminum, Glazed Doors (2,625 M2)4.Sanitary And Ventilation Works: Renovation Of Water And Sewage Connections, Installation Of A Washbasin, A Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, A Floor Drain, Fittings And Installation Equipment; Radiator Connections And Bathroom Radiator; Replacement Of A Bathroom Fan, Tightness Tests And Flushing Of The Installation5.Electrical Works: Disassembly Of The Existing Installation And Switchgear; Work On The Switchgear, Routing Of Routes And Cables, Accessories, Sockets And Connectors, Led And Emergency Lighting; Restoration Of Grooves And Local Plasters; Measurements And Acceptance Checks6. Reconstruction Of The Entrance To The Building - Demolition Of The Existing Stairs And Construction Of A Driveway For People With Special Needs: Demolition Of The Existing External Stairs, Preparatory Works And Necessary Earthworks, Preparation Of The Ground, Construction Of A Driveway With Landings, Anti-Slip Surface, Balustrades And Handrails, And Adaptation Of The Connection Of The Driveway With The Entrance To The Building And Communication Routes. The Scope And Technical Parameters Should Be Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, In Compliance With The Architectural Accessibility Requirements And Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations.
