The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: , Construction Of The Ropczyce - Gnojnica Municipal Road At Km 0+000 - 1+259 Along With The Necessary Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Land Development Network Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund.2.The Designed Road System Includes The Construction Of A Public Municipal Road With A Length Of 1,259 M, The Route Of Which Coincides With The Existing Internal Road With A Bituminous Surface. Axis Corrections Occur Mainly Within Horizontal Arcs - To Adapt To Visibility Conditions And Current Technical Requirements. In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment, The Road Will Be Widened With A Bitumen Surface, And On The Section From Km 0+648 To The End Of The Study, A Pedestrian Sidewalk Will Be Constructed On The Right Side. In Places Where The Road Structure Approaches The Natural Stream Bed, Slopes Will Be Protected With Mesh And Stone Baskets. Drainage Will Be Implemented Through Designed Open And Covered Road Ditches, As Well As A Designed Rainwater Drainage System With Drainage Of Rainwater And/Or Meltwater To The Bed Of An Unnamed Natural Stream. The Scope Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Culvert Under The Road Crown (P-1) At Km 0+613.80. Utility Networks That Conflict With The Construction Project Will Also Be Reconstructed And/Or Secured, Including: Low And Medium Pressure Gas Networks, Water Supply Networks, Underground Low Voltage Power Cable Lines, Telecommunications Cable Ducts, As Well As Overhead Medium Voltage Power Lines And Aeration Telecommunications Lines.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Topsoil Removal From The Road, 2) Removal Of Greenery, 3) Demolition Of Some Building Structures - Road Surface, Culverts, 4) Protection/Reconstruction Of The Land Development Network In A Manner Consistent With The Land Development Plan - Water Supply Networks, Gas Networks, Telecommunications Cable Ducts And Overhead Networks, Underground And Overhead Power Grids, 5) Execution Of Earthworks, I.E. Excavations And Embankments Road In Order To Shape The Body Of The Designed Road In The Field Along With Preparing The Bed For The Designed Road Surfaces, Sidewalks, Exits,6) Construction Of Road Ditches Reinforced With Prefabricated Concrete Elements, Including Tight Ditches, Covered Ditches7) Construction Of The P-1 Culvert Along With Strengthening The Slopes And The Bottom Of The Watercourse At The Inlets/Outlets,8) Strengthening The Bed Of An Unnamed Watercourse With Mesh Baskets Stones In Places Close To The Road Body,9) Construction Of Storm Sewage Sections With Equipment And Outlets,10) Construction Of Trough, Deep And Triangular Drainage Channels,11) Construction Of Lower Layers Of Pavement Structures - Substrate Stabilized With Cement/Binder,12) Construction Of Upper Layers Of Pavement: Bituminous On The Road, Concrete (Cubes) On The Sidewalk13) Construction Of Ordinary Exits To Land Properties Adjacent
