Part 1 Includes The Following: • In The Electrical Industry - Installation Of Cabling, Installation Of A Te Electrical Board With Accessories, Complete Lighting Installation, Construction Of A Toilet Call Installation For Disabled People, Construction Of An Installation Channel For A Computer Installation With Installation Of Floor Cassettes; • In The Sanitary Industry - Construction Of An Above-Floor Sanitary Sewage System With Installation Of Fittings, Sewage Leakage Tests, Construction Of A Water Supply Installation With Leakage Tests, Installation Of Through-Hole Valves And Return Flows And An Electric Water Heater And A Wall Heater. Note: The Order (For Both Parts) Does Not Cover The Following Works In The Field Of: • Construction Industry - Demolition Works, Assembly Of A Steel Frame, Construction Of Floor Screeds Along With Horizontal And Thermal Insulation, Construction Of A Thick Floor. 6 Cm, Bricking Up Openings, Construction Of Partition Walls, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery Together With Window Sills, Installation Of An Internal Foldable Wall;• Electrical Industry - Disassembly Of Electrical Installations, Installation Of Main Power Supply, Sealing Of Cable Passages• Sanitary Industry - Disassembly Of Sanitary Sewage System, Water Installation, Heating Installation, Installation Of Under-Floor Sanitary Sewage System With Leak Test, Execution Of Central Heating Installation. With The Installation Of Radiators, Valves And Thermostatic Heads As Well As Tightness Testing, Freon Installation With The Installation Of Air Conditioners. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Are An Annex To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, While The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional, Auxiliary Annex. The Contractor Should Check The Bill Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Price All Works Specified In The Documentation, Including The Design Drawings. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.
