The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Sewage System In Nowy Polesie, Together With The Required Permits, Approvals And Arrangements Required By Law, And The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Accordance With The Developed Designs.2.The Order Includes: - Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: • Development Of The Concept And Obtaining Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party, • Geodetic And Geological Studies Necessary To Prepare The Documentation, • Construction Designs And Obtaining A Permit Or Construction Notification, • Obtaining All Necessary Permits To Prepare The Documentation, • Obtaining Construction Permits From Owners Of Private Plots, Road Managers, • Executive Designs, • Other Designs Resulting From Legal Provisions Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, • Schedule Material And Financial. - Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party. - Commissioning Of Tank Sewage Pumping Stations. - Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. - Conducting Operator Training. - Preparation Of Operating Instructions And Instructions For Use, Facilities And Maintenance Of Devices Necessary For Proper Operation. - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. - Preparation Of Marking Of Facilities And Installations. - Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works. - Providing Surveying Services In During Construction Works. - Carrying Out Tests And Acceptance Of Completed Works. - Servicing Sanitary Sewage Systems And Sewage Pumping Stations During The Warranty Period.3.Other Solutions May Be Introduced, Subject To The Ordering Partys Approval.4.The Investment Areas Are Located In Nowe Polesie, In The Leoncin Commune, Nowy Dwór County, Masovian Voivodeship.
