The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Gas Installation In A Public Building Located At Ul. Sportowa 4 In Jaksice In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit, As Well As The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Acceptance Of A Gas Boiler Room Powered By Liquefied Propane Gas For A Public Building At Ul. Sportowa 4 In Jaksice. The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Conducting An Inventory Of The Boiler Room, The Existing Heat Source, And The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water, Auxiliary Equipment And Utilities In The Area Of The Planned Lpg Tank And Installation Route; 2) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Gas Boiler Room, Gas And Lpg Tank Installation, Flue Gas Pipes, Ventilation, Electrical Installation, Automation And Control, And Necessary Construction Works; 3) Obtaining The Required Agreements, Opinions, Conditions, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation And Use Of The Installation, Including Documents And Activities Related To Technical Supervision, If Required; 4) Dismantling The Existing Oil Boiler Room Equipment And Elements Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Boiler, Oil Tanks And Fittings Intended To Be Left Should Be Secured And Made Available To The Ordering Party. The Remaining Elements Should Be Managed Or Disposed Of In Accordance With The Regulations;5) Carrying Out The Necessary Construction Works In The Boiler Room, Including Filling In The Gaps And Restoring Surfaces Damaged During The Works And Painting The Surfaces Covered By The Works;6) Delivery And Installation Of Two Condensing Gas Boilers With A Nominal Power Of At Least 80 Kw Each, Together With Accessories, Automation And Security Measures;7) Construction Of A Complete Lpg Tank Installation With One Underground Propane Tank With A Capacity Of Minimum 6,400 L, Including Fittings, Foundation, Security And Gas Installation For The Boiler Room;8) Delivery And Installation Of A Domestic Hot Water Tank. With A Capacity Of At Least 500 L, With A Titanium Anode, A Coil Selected For The Designed System And Complete Accessories;9) Implementation Of A Complete Boiler Room Piping System, Distributor, Circulation Pumps, Fittings, Filters, Insulation And Regulating Devices;10) Implementation Of An Automation And Control System, Including Weather Automation, Required Sensors And Remote Supervision/Control Functions, If The Devices Used And Technical Conditions Allow It;11) Installation Of The Station Water Treatment/Softening For Boilers And Installations, Matched To Water Parameters And Device Manufacture
