1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion And Reconstruction Of An Existing Public Utility Building In Zaborów In Order To Create A Local Cultural Center. The Implementation Of The Task Is Justified By The Need To Provide Residents With Access To Modern And Functional Cultural Infrastructure Enabling Educational, Workshops, Integration Activities And Socio-Cultural Events. As Part Of The Investment Task In Question, Construction And Construction Works Will Be Performed, Including The Extension Of The Building Towards The South, Construction Of A Staircase And Installation Of An Elevator, Construction Of Electrical, Sanitary, Heating And Ventilation Installations, Interior Finishing Of The Building, Facade And Insulation, And Development Of The Area Directly Next To The Building. The Scope Also Includes Equipping The Common Room With Basic Utility Elements. 2) The Contractor Will Equip The Building With Fire-Fighting Equipment. And Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection Graphic Signs. And Occupational Health And Safety, Will Develop A Fire Safety Manual And An Energy Certificate For The Building. Construction Works Constituting Annexes To Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only Intended To Assist In Determining The Lump Sum Amount For The Above-Mentioned Construction Work.
