The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Consisting In The Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Low-Voltage Cable Network And The Installation Of Lighting For Training Sports Fields In Olesno On Plots No. 5411/3, 5411/2, 5411/5 And 5411/6. The Order Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Existing Design Documentation (Not In The Design And Build Formula). The Works Include The Construction Of Cable Lines, Control Connectors, Foundations, Masts And Fixtures, Electrical Connections And Protections, Measurements, Tests, As-Built Inventory And Reconstruction Of The Area. There Are Restrictions On Access And Movement Of Heavy Equipment On Active Sports Fields; The Costs Of Security And Organization Of Works Should Be Included In The Price.3.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz Together With Design Documentation, Land Development Plans, Technical Design And Bill Of Quantities (The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary In The Case Of Lump Sum Remuneration). The Scope Includes In Particular: Yakxs 4×35 Mm² Cable Line (Route Approx. 421 M, Cable Approx. 461 M), Hdpe Pipes Ø75 Mm And Jacking/Drilling, Zs Control Connector, Connection To The So-5043 Transformer Station, F2 Foundations, 5 Galvanized Steel Masts With A Height Of Approx. 12 M And 14 Lighting Fixtures, Security, Grounding, Measurements, As-Built Documentation And Full Restoration Of Surfaces And Greenery.
