1. Name Of The Task: Acoustic Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Mok Room In Zambrów In Order To Improve The Conditions For Cultural Education. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction, Acoustic, Electrical And Sanitary Works Related To The Acoustic Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Zambrów, In Order To Improve The Conditions For Cultural Education. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Connection Of A Dome Camera For Viewing By The Contractor, Along With Its Connection To The Existing Infrastructure And Commissioning. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Incl. Including The Requirements For The Camera And The Scope Of Works, Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, In Particular The Design Documentation And In Annex No. 7 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum And Remains Unchanged Throughout The Contract Implementation Period, Subject To Cases Allowing For Changes In Remuneration Specified In The Contract And Applicable Law. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To These Proceedings Is For Auxiliary Purposes Only And Is Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works.
