1. The Subject Of The Order Are Deliveries. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Used Backhoe Loader. 3. Year Of Production Of The Subject Of The Order Required By The Ordering Party: Minimum 2014. The Contractor May Offer Newer Equipment. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Describing The Technical Specification Of The Backhoe Loader Along With The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order. 5. Annex No. 2 To The Swz Is Also A Means Of Evidence That The Contractor Submits Together With The Offer To Confirm That The Subject Of The Order Meets The Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Technical Parameters Given In Annex 2 To The Swz Are Minimum Parameters. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions/Parameters, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters That Are No Worse Or Better Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. 7. Delivery And Collection Of The Vehicle Being The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 2:30 P.M. At The Address Of The Werbkowice Commune Office: Ul. Zamojska 1, 22-550 Werbkowice, Internal Parking Lot Behind The Office Building. 8. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, I.E. In Particular: Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. 9. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Backhoe Loader That Meets All The Minimum Requirements Specified In This Annex. 11. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions On The Principles Set Out In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Relying On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Backhoe Loader Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 13. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8. 14. Warranty. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Covered By A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 6 Months. Attention ! The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
