The Service Will Be Provided In The Sulejów Commune On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 12.00 P.M. And Will Include In Particular: 1.Daily Support For Seniors - Social Activation - Implementation Of Ongoing Support And Activation Activities For Participants, Tailored To Their Needs And Capabilities, Amounting To 684 Clock Hours In 2027, Carried Out Every Working Day Of The Services Provided For A Minimum Of 2 Hours.2.Manual Classes (Workshops) - Conducting Classes That Develop The Activity And Creativity Of Participants, Tailored To Their Capabilities And Interests, For 104 Hours In 2027, I.E. On Average 2 Hours A Week.3.Exercise Classes - Conducting Physical Classes Adapted To The Age, Fitness And Abilities Of Participants, Aimed At Maintaining Physical Activity, Amounting To 104 Hours In 2027, I.E. On Average 2 Hours Per Week.4.Music Classes (Workshops) - Conducting Music Classes For The Activation And Integration Of Participants, Tailored To Their Interests And Capabilities, For 104 Hours In 2027, I.E. On Average 2 Hours Per Week.5.Lunch Box Breakfast - Preparation, Delivery And Distribution To Participants Of Ready Meals In The Form Of Breakfast, Prepared From Fresh Products, Of Appropriate Quality, Taking Into Account Applicable Food And Nutrition Safety Regulations. Lunch Boxes Will Be Provided For 15 Seniors For Each Day Of The Service, I.E. 3,735 Lunch Boxes.6.The Total Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Is 996 Hours (4 Hours A Day For An Average Of 20 Days A Month For A Period Of 12 Months).7.Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Implementation Schedule To Be Established After The Conclusion Of The Contract.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide People With Appropriate Qualifications Or Experience, Adequate To The Type Of Classes Conducted And The Scope Of Services Provided.9.Services Will Be Provided Taking Into Account The Age, Needs, Abilities And Fitness Of Participants, In A Way That Ensures Their Safety And Respect For Dignity.10.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document The Provision Of Services, In Particular The Number Of Hours Completed And The Number Of Participants, In The Manner Specified By The Ordering Party.11.Place Of Execution Of The Order: Area Of ​​The Sulejów Commune.
