The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 50 Laptops.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Was Specified In The Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3.The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Reject The Offer If The Contractor Offers An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security. The Ordering Party Will Verify The Current Status Of The Recommendations Of The Government Plenipotentiary For Cybersecurity. 4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Reject The Offer If The Contractor Offers An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision.
