Two New Structures Are Currently Being Built At The Wermelskirchen Wastewater Treatment Plant Site. The New Buildings Include A Machine House And A Building To Accommodate Electrical Switchgear. The Shell Construction Is Expected To Be Completed In Early 2027. For The Implementation Of The Structural Engineering Measures, The Finishing Trades For The Buildings Will Be Awarded In Four Lots As Part Of This Tender. Lot 1 Includes The Installation Of Windows, Doors And Gates In The New Buildings And Partly In The Existing Buildings. Lot 2 Includes Carpentry And Roofing Work For The New Buildings As Well As Roof Renovation On A Pump House. The Production Of A Slate Facade On Machine House 2 Is Also Part Of The Scope Of Lot 2. Lot 3 Includes The Implementation Of A Thermal Insulation Composite System (Etics) And Facade Work On The New Buildings. Lot 4 Includes The Drywall And Painting Work For The New Buildings And Renovations In The Existing Company Buildings.
