For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Relevant National Legislation, Including The Elaboration Of The General Estimate And The Budget Related To The Investment. - The Documentation Required To Obtain The Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate, Including The Documentation Related To The Specialized Studies Requested By The Approving Authorities, As Well As The Actual Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, Of All The Approvals And Agreements Necessary To Promote The Investment. The Object Of The Contract Is The Rendering Of The Feasibility Study Preparation Services, Respectively The Preparation Of Specialized Studies (Field Studies, Environmental Impact Assessment And Other Specific Studies), As Well As The Preparation Of The Supporting Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations, Including Covering The Related Expenses. By Making This Investment, The Aim Is To Improve Urban And Peri-Urban Mobility At The Level Of The Municipality Of Târgu Mureș, By Creating A Connecting Ring That Ensures The Takeover And Redistribution Of Traffic Flows, The Reduction Of Congestion In The Central Area, The Increase Of Accessibility Between Urban And Neighboring Areas, As Well As The Improvement Of Road Safety And The Quality Of The Environment.
