Sludge Treatment Services – Collection And Management Of Mechanically Dewatered Municipal Sewage Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plants In Piaseczno And Wólka Kozodawska. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Mechanically Dewatered Municipal Sewage Sludge (Code: 19 08 05) From The Sewage Treatment Plants In Piaseczno And Wólka Kozodawska Using The R3 And R10 Methods In 2027, Subject To Point. 7 Swz. The Ordering Party Estimates The Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected To Be Approximately 180 Mg Per Week On Average. The Estimated Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected During The Contract Period Is Approximately 8,800 Mg. The Amount Of Sediment Is An Estimate And May Change. If The Amount Of Sludge Collected Is Smaller Than That Specified Above, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected During The Term Of The Contract Is 7,000 Mg. The Amount Of Sewage Sludge Collected For A Particular Task Will Be Determined By Weighing It Each Time On A Truck Scale, Carried Out At The Companys Headquarters At Ul. Żeromskiego 39 In Piaseczno, Individual Trailers And Containers To Determine The Weight. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has An Implemented, Proven And Complete Sewage Sludge Processing Technology That Will Allow For The Final And Final Management Of All Products And Waste Generated During Sewage Sludge Processing. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide Semi-Trailers Or Tight Containers For Direct Collection Of Sludge From The Screw Feeder And Direct Transport From The Sewage Treatment Plants In Piaseczno And Wólka Kozodawska To The Place Of Economic Use; - Fulfilling The Obligation To Record Waste, Completing The Waste Transfer Card. Settlement For Sludge Collection Will Be Based On The Waste Transfer Card For The Month In Which The Service Was Performed. The Contractor Should Ensure Systematic Collection Of Sludge Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Including In Situations When The Air Temperature Drops Below 0º C. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected And With Whom The Contract Is Concluded Is Obliged, During The Contract Implementation Period, To Have All Current And Valid Permits, Consents, Decisions Required By Law, Including Entries In The Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo), In The Scope Of The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Above-Mentioned Permits, Consents And Decisions Are To Ensure The Collection And Recovery Of Municipal Sewage Sludge Using The R3 And/Or R10 Method, At Least In The Quantity Covered By The Order. In The Case Of Planned Recovery Of Municipal Sewage Sludge In Accordance With Art. 96 Section 1 Of The Waste Act, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Each Time Provide The Ordering Party With Maps Of The Land Records On Which Sewage Sludge Will Be Used For Agricultural Purposes, With The Numbers Of Plots And Their Areas On Which The Sludge Is To Be Used Marked In A Different Color; B) Carrying Out, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Survey Of The Land On Which Sewage Sludge Will Be Used For Agricultural Purposes And Submitting The Land Tests To The Ordering Party (1 Sample/5 Ha).
