The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works And The Provision Of The Service For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Zone Heat Source With A Nominal Power Of 20 Mw, Consisting Of A Gas Boiler With A Nominal Power Of 12 Mw And A Cogeneration System With A Useful Power Of 3 Mwe And 3 Mwt On The Premises Of The Civil Engineering Center At Al. Witosa In Opole. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Design And Construction Of A 15 Kv Mv Power Line (Based On A Separate Construction Design) Carrying Out Electrical Power From The Guk Generating Unit To The Place Of Demarcation Of Ownership Of Power Equipment At The 15 Kv Distribution Station In The 110 Kv/Mv Gpz Gosławice Station. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee For Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Is Also The Inspection And Repair Service Ensuring That The Guk Generating Unit And The Gas Boiler Are Kept In Full Readiness For Operation For A Period Of 24 Months. The Contractor, Regardless Of Granting The Guarantee For Construction Works, Also Provides A Guarantee For The Service.
