Infrastructure Works Consultancy Services – Reconstruction Of Roads In The Ravnsborg Area. Køge Municipality Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement For Total Consultancy In Connection With A Project To Improve The Surrounding Infrastructure West Of The Urban Development Area Ravnsborg Enge, Which Is Located East Of The Østbanen. The Road Projects Must Contribute To Promoting Cycling And Walking As Well As Improving Traffic Safety. The Agreement Must Include The Following Road Projects: Part Project 1: Reconstruction Of The Vordingborgvej/Orkestervej/Klemmenstrupvej Roundabout Into A Signal-Regulated Intersection Based On The Prepared Project Proposal, Including The Establishment Of A Pavement Along Orkestervej Between Vordingborgvej And Ravnsborgvej. The Project Proposal Must Be Adapted So That Land Acquisition Does Not Take Place From Matr. No. 1Q, Hastrup City, Herfølge. Subproject 2: Establishment Of A Pavement In The Roundabout Orkestervej/Ravnsborgvej And Establishment Of Speed Reduction In The Approaches To The Roundabout. Sub-Project 3: Establishment Of Pavement On Ravnsborg Up To And Including The Entrances To Ravnsborgvej 14 On The North Side And Ravnsborgvej 101-143 On The South Side As The Reconstruction Of The Roads Entails Increased Diversion Of Road Water, A Connection Permit Must Be Applied For. Road Lighting Must Be Adapted To The Reconstruction Of The Road Areas. The Road Contractor Must Supervise The Excavation And Restoration Of A New District Heating Line, Which Will Ensure Supply To The New Urban Development Area Via An Extension Of Orkestervej Under The Railway. Veks Adviser (Rambøll) Will Provide Input To The Tender Material Regarding The Establishment Of A New District Heating Line Across Vordingborgvej And Further Along Orkestervej Within The Scope Of The Assignment. Vordingborgvej Is Part Of The Strategic Road Network, Which Is Why The Construction Work Must Be Coordinated With The Road Directorates Possible Construction Work On The State Road Network. Refer To The Assignment Description (Appendix B) For More Detailed Information On The Scope Of The Advisory Assignment. The Tender Is Conducted As A Limited Tender In Accordance With §§ 58-60 Of The Tender Act, Which Means That Only Pre-Qualified Tenderers Have The Opportunity To Submit Tenders. The Client Prequalifies 5 Who Will Be Invited To Make Offers For The Project.
