The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Delivery Will Consist In: A) Refueling Pb 95 Unleaded Gasoline In A Maximum Amount Of 6,000 L, B) Refueling Diesel Oil In A Maximum Amount Of 35,000 L, C) Purchasing Consumables Directly Related To Ensuring Technical Efficiency Car (Engine, Hydraulic And Gear Oils, Radiator Fluid, Windshield Washer Fluid, Adblue Fluid, Lubricants, Brake Fluid, Light Bulbs, Etc.) - As Needed 2) Delivery Conditions: A) Cash-Free Refueling Of Vehicles And Purchase Of Consumables - At The Contractors Gas Station. B) The Gas Station Should Be Located In Włodawa. C) The Driver/Operator After Each Collection Of Fuel Or Consumables For Company Car, He Will Confirm The Fact Of Collecting Them With His Own Signature On The Release Document. D) The Contractor Undertakes That The Gas Station Will Be Available To The Ordering Party 24 Hours A Day, On All Working Days And On Sundays And Holidays As Needed. E) Ensuring That The Invoiced Fuel Price And Prices For Other Purchased Consumables Will Be Consistent With The Prices Applicable At The Contractors At The Time Of Purchase, Taking Into Account The Offered Discount. 3) Issuing Collective Vat Invoices, Regulating The Amount Due For The Purchase Of Fuels And Consumables No More Than Twice A Month.4) Quantities Of Fuel Given In Point 2.1) Subsection A) And B) Are Maximum Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Ordered Quantities Of Fuels According To The Needs Of The Rdw, In Which Case The Provisions Of Point. 5. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Supply Range Of One Fuel To Another, Within The Maximum Value Of The Entire Order. 6) Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1680). 3. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Submitted Offer The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors. 4. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Manner Specified In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3, Pzp Act. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent. 5. Pursuant To Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Benefit Specified In Point 2.1) Subsection A) And B) Is 20% Of The Number Of Liters Of Pb 95 Unleaded Petrol And 20% Of The Number Of Liters Of Diesel Oil. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel And Consumables In A Non-Cash Form Using Fuel Cards.
