Based On Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And An Ex-Ante Energy Audit, Construction Works Should Be Performed, Including: On: - Modernization Of The Heating Installation, - Insulation Of The Buildings Flat Roof, - Insulation Of The Rear And Side Walls Of The Building, - Replacement Of Windows And Doors In The Building, - Insulation Of The Front Wall Of The Building, - Construction Of Ramps For People With Disabilities. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Will: - Develop An Ex Ante (Pre) Energy Performance Certificate - Develop An Ornithological Expertise (Birds); - Develop A Chiropterological Expertise (Bats); (Note! If Their Nesting Is Confirmed, The Work Schedule Will Be Adjusted In Such A Way As To Avoid Carrying Out Work During The Breeding Season Of Birds And The Hibernation Period Of Bats.) - Will Prepare An Energy Performance Certificate Ex Post (After); - Will Make And Install Boards Informing About Co-Financing.
