The Subject Of The Order Are Room Cleaning Services In 2027: Task No. 1 - Room Cleaning Services At The Headquarters Of The Provincial Roads District In Biała Podlaska At Ul. Warszawska 14, 21-500 Biała Podlaska Usable Area: 230.23 M², Including: • 6 Office Rooms 130.03 M² • 1 Corridor 61.92 M² • 2 Bathrooms 7.99 M² • 1 Social Room 16.24 M² • 1 Logia 3.74 M² • 1 Utility Room 3.48 M² • 1 Archive 6.83 M² The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Service 3 Times A Week. Activities To Be Performed Under The Order: A) Vacuuming: Carpets, Rugs, Upholstered Furniture And Removing Stains With Chemicals - On The Days Of The Service, B) Wet Wiping And Polishing The Floor Surfaces (Natural Stone Tiles, Terracotta) - On The Days Of The Service, C) Taking Out The Garbage, Installing Waste Bins And Shredders Of New Bags - On The Days Of The Service, D) Wiping Dust On Desks, Window Sills On The Inside Of The Window, Cabinets, Shelves, Etc. - On The Days Of The Service, E) Cleaning With An Appropriate Chemical Agent The Technical Devices In The Rdw Equipment, I.E. Computers, Photocopiers, Printers, Telephones, Etc. - On The Days Of The Service, F) Wiping: Doors, Door Handles, Contacts And Light Switches - On The Days Of The Service, G) Washing And Disinfecting Toilets - On The Days Of The Service, H) Washing Washbasins, Kitchen Sinks, Mirrors - On The Days Of The Service, I) Washing The Bathroom Tiles, Internal And External Doors, Dusting The Walls - Once A Week, J) Wiping: Door Frames, Signs, Plaques - Once A Week, K) Removing: Cobwebs From The Walls And Ceilings - Once A Week, L) Dusting, Refreshing The Blinds - Task No. 1, - Twice A Year, M) Washing Windows On Both Sides - Once A Quarter. Additionally, In The Event Of Local Dirt, In Particular Caused By Bird Droppings, The Contractor Is Obliged To Temporarily Wipe And Remove Dirt From The Glass Surfaces, As Needed, Regardless Of The Established Frequency Of Window Cleaning. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Services Carefully, With Its Own Equipment, Appropriate To The Type Of Surfaces Being Cleaned, Using Good Quality Cleaning Products. All Cleaning Products Are Provided By The Contractor On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.
