Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design, Drawing Of The Technological Sewage Tank - Current. No. 6A, Environmental Decision, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities Together With The Construction Permit (Decision Of The Staroste Of Konin No. 213 Of March 8, 2024 With Amending Decision No. 55 Of January 20, 2026), Constituting Together Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Technical And Technological Design, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Recommends Conducting A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Visit Or Check The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. During Any On-Site Visit, The Ordering Party Will Not Answer Contractors Questions, In Particular Those Related To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Requests For Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz Should Be Submitted In The Manner Specified In Chapter Ix.4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed. If The Contractor Intends To Use Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Indicate These Solutions And Demonstrate Them Using The Means Of Evidence In Question, In Accordance With Art. 106 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly State That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. 5.
