The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Server For The Koszalin University Of Technology (Used - Refurbished/Renovated) To The Extent Specified In The Swz And The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Minimum Technical Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide In The Price Form Information Enabling The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Subject Of The Order: Manufacturer, Type/Model Of The Device, Processor, Graphics Card, Network Card, Hard Drive Controller, Hard Drive. If The Data Enabling The Ordering Party To Identify The Offered Subject Of The Order Is Not Provided, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Device That Is The Subject Of These Proceedings At His Own Expense, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 5. Significant Provisions Of The Contract Were Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
