This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of Kamloops (The “City”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Readiness Consultant Services (Services), As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables”).The City Is Seeking An Independen Consultant To Assess The City’S Readiness To Procure And Implement A New Erp Solution To Replace Jd Edwards Oneworld (Jde) And To Develop The Supporting Analysis, Business Case, And Readiness Roadmap Required To Inform The City’S Future Erp Procurement And Implementation.The New Erp Is Expected To Support Core Financial And Supply Chain Functions, Including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting And Reporting, Procurement And Purchasing, Inventory, Work Orders And Asset Management, And Fixed And Capital Assets.
