The Municipality Of Heusden Owns The Plot Von Suppéstraat / Chopinstraat 71, Drunen. The Zoning Plan Von Suppéstraat, Drunen, Drawn Up For The Realization Of A Housing Program At This Location, Was Adopted By The Municipal Council Of Heusden On September 17, 2019 And Has An Irrevocable Status. The Zoning Plan Is Now Legally Part Of The Temporary Environmental Plan Of The Municipality Of Heusden. Within This Zoning Plan, 24 Homes Have Already Been Realized In A First Phase. There Is Still A Building Area Available For A Second Phase Within Which A Construction Plan Can Be Developed, Consisting Of The Realization Of A Maximum Of 12 Homes. The Preconditions For The Housing Construction Program Are Detailed In The Present Selection Document. The Realization Of A Maximum Of 12 Homes And Demolition Of The Existing Gymnasium.
