The Object Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of Construction Goods For Tallinn University Of Technology On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement According To The Actual Needs Of The Procurer, With The Possibility Of Delivery Of The Goods. Goods Are Purchased Locally At The Point Of Sale Or Purchased From The E-Shop, With Or Without Delivery. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four Parts, According To The Region. In Each Part, A Framework Contract Is Signed For 48 Months With One Successful Bidder. By The Time The Contract Is Concluded, The Offeror Must Have At Least One Sales Office In The Specified Region, Where The Procurer Can Purchase All Product Groups Of The Construction Goods Specified In This Technical Description.
