The Kitchen Is Designed As A Cook & Chill Kitchen And Is Expanded To Include Fresh Food With A Front Cooking Station. The Preparation And Production Of The Food Takes Place In The Existing Kitchen In The Existing Building. The Kitchen Is Divided Into The Delivery Areas, Waste And Empties Room, Beverage Storage, Cold Rooms, Service And Conference Kitchen; Cold Kitchen, Dishwashing Area, Dry Goods And Equipment Storage. The Thermal Devices Are Located In The Back Of The Distribution Area And In The Promotional Counter. Dry-Heated Infrared Warming Basins Are Provided In The Serving Counter.
