Statutory Audit Services – Audit Services For The Financial Years Of The City Of Helsinki 2027–2029 And, As An Option, The Financial Years 2030–2031. The Object Of The Procurement Is To Perform A Statutory Audit Of The Administration And Finances Of The City Of Helsinki For The Financial Years 2027–2029 And, As An Option, For The Financial Years 2030–2031, In Accordance With Chapter 14 Of The Municipal Act And The Administrative Rules Of The City Of Helsinki. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Inspections And Statements Based On Other Legislation Required From The Citys Auditor. In Addition To The Audit Report And The Final Audit Report, The Auditor Is Required To Provide The Audit Committee With At Least Two Written Interim Reports Each Year. Annually, At Least 40 Inspection Days Of The Responsible Auditor Must Be Allocated To The Audit. In Addition, The Number Of Audit Days Of Authorized Auditors (Jhtt/Jht, Kht, Ht) Must Total At Least 125 Audit Days Per Year. The Auditor Is Obliged To Give The Auditors Of The Group Entities Instructions On Checking The Information To Be Submitted For The Consolidated Financial Statements And Reporting The Audit Of The Group Entities To The Parent Auditor. When Making An Offer, The Tenderer Must Take Into Account That The Audit Firm Uses The Audit Agencys Work Input And Internal Audit Reporting (Appendix 4). Changes May Occur In The Citys Organizational Structure, Operating Methods And Tasks During The Period Covered By The Request For Tenders. If Substantial Changes (Such As Incorporation) Occur, The Parties To The Agreement Will Negotiate In Advance About Their Effects On The Audit. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities.
