Purpose Of The Services: This Is A Service Contract Relating To Individual Heating Repairs In The Form Of A Total Guarantee, A Maintenance Program For Heating Installations And The Replacement Of Boilers With Hot Water Production. This Service Contract Relates To The Maintenance, Troubleshooting Of Appliances Up To The Replacement Of The Appliance As Well As All Components Of The Installations, The Replacement Of Pipes And Radiators And A Program For The Replacement Of Heating Appliances With Or Without Hot Water Production Of All Types. The Entire Installation Is Taken Over For This Market Including The Pipes And All Equipment Relating To The Production Of Hot Water And Heating Including Radiators, Valves, Thermostats, Clocks, Circulators, Collectors, Burners, Etc. Including The Compliance Of The Installations And Premises In Which The Devices Being Replaced Are Located. In The Case Of Embedded Pipes, They Will Be Replaced By Exposed Pipes After Agreement From The Contracting Authority. This Is An Omnium Type Contract – Total Guarantee Such That The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Entire Heating And Hot Water Production Installation In The Home. The Service Provider Must Maintain And Repair All Of Ipplfs Heating And Hot Water Production Assets In A Good Manner And In Compliance With The Standards In Force And The Requirements Of The Special Specifications. For Both Maintenance And Repair Interventions, The Evacuation And Elimination Of Waste Produced By Operations Is Done In Accordance With The Standards In Force In The Region Concerned. The Prices Given For Maintenance And Repairs Include The Responsibility Of The Service Provider To Take All Measures And Means At Its Disposal To Maintain Heating Continuity For Tenants Regardless Of The Breakdown(S).
