Granting A Long-Term Loan To The Staszów County In The Amount Of Pln 5,836,000.00 (In Words: Five Million Eight Hundred Thirty Six Hundred Thousand Zlotys) To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit - With The Final Repayment Date On December 31, 2034. The Loan Will Not Be Charged With Any Fees Other Than Those Mentioned In The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Repay The Loan Early Without Additional Costs. Variable Loan Interest Rate Based On Wibor 1 M (Calculated As The Arithmetic Average Of The Month Preceding The Month Of Interest Calculation) Plus A Fixed Bank Margin. The Loan Will Be Repaid Starting In January 2027. Repayment Of Loan Installments And Loan Interest On A Monthly Basis (On The Last Working Day Of The Month). Interest Will Be Charged For The Actual Number Of Days The Loan Is Used. There Is No Grace Period In The Repayment Of Loan Interest. Loan Repayment Security In The Form Of A Blank Bill Of Exchange With A Bill Of Exchange Declaration. In Order To Enable The Assessment Of The Financial Condition Of The Ordering Party, The Documents Provided In Annex No. 7 To The Swz Are Attached. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law - Does Not Apply To Deliveries. 3. Cpv: Cpv 66.11.30.00-5 - Loan Granting Services 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Submit Partial Offers Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service And Should Be Performed Uniformly. Due To The Fact That The Service Performed Under The Subject Order, For Technical, Organizational, Economic And Expediency Reasons, Requires The Full Scope To Be Performed By One Contractor. Allowing Division Into Parts Would Cause Excessive Difficulties And The Inability To Coordinate The Work Of Contractors Of Individual Parts, Which Would Prevent The Proper Execution Of The Contract.
