The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Generator With A Power Of 600 Kw And A Voltage Of 690 V With A Connection Set. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. Place Of Delivery: Ul. Nowotoruńska 30, Bydgoszcz 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery And Unloading Of The Generator Together With The Connection Set And The Szr Panel In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Ul. Nowotoruńska 30, Bydgoszcz), 2) Trial Run Of The Generator (Start-Up Tests) Before Acceptance, 3) Complete Filling Of The Generator Tank With Fuel, 4) Training Of Designated Persons By The Ordering Party Regarding The Operation Of The Generator, 5) Providing Documentation: Operating Instructions, Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr), Warranty Conditions And Warranty Card, As Well As Catalog Cards And Technical Specifications Of The Generator And Technical Specifications Of The Devices Of The Connection Set And Calculations Of The Selection Of Cable Cross-Sections. 4. General Requirements For A Power Generator: 1) The Generator Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Made In Accordance With Industry Standards, In A Complete And Fit For Use Condition, I.E. Guaranteeing Its Use As Intended Without Additional Purchases Of Components And Accessories, 2) The Generator Must Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024, 3) The Generator Must Be Approved For Operation In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular Have An Ec/Eu Declaration Of Conformity And Ce Marking, And Come From A Legal Source Ensuring Full Manufacturers Warranty Support Or Equivalent In Poland, 4) The Generator Must Meet The Provisions Of Directive 2006/42/Ec - Machine Safety, 5) The Generator Must Meet The Provisions Of Directive 2014/30/Eu - Electromagnetic Compatibility, 6) The Generator Must Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety And Be Compliant With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, 7) At The Time Of Delivery, The Unit Should Be Filled With Fuel To A Minimum Of 10% Of The Tank Capacity; After Performing Start-Up Tests, In Order To Be Accepted, The Generator Tank Should Be Fully Filled With Dedicated Fuel, 8) The Requirements Indicated In This Description Are Minimum Parameters - The Delivered Generator May Have Parameters Better Than Those Indicated. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Comply With Internal Regulations And Instructions Regarding The Rules Of Entering And Staying On The Premises Of The Facility To Which The Generator Will Be Delivered, And Follow The Instructions Of The Facilitys Security And Its Employees, 2) Carry Out Start-Up Tests Before Accepting The Generator - No Later Than 5 Days Before The Final Date Of Execution Of The Order, While The Startup Tests Include At Least: Manual And Automatic Start-Up, Simulation Of Network Voltage Loss Along With Checking The Operation Of The Ats System, Operation Of The Generator.
