The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, According To The Terms Of This Documentation And The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, To Supply Net Active Electrical Energy, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances.The Term Of The Contract Is 12 Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The First Electricity Supply Schedule, With The Possibility Of Renewal For Up To One Year, According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 6 Of The Ppzop, In Case A New Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Electrical Energy Has Not Been Completed By The Date Of Expiry Of The Terms Of The Contract.The Total Estimated Amount Of Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Employers Sites For A Period Of One Year Is ≈ 400 Mwh, And With The Included Option To Renew The Supply For Up To One Year (Or A Total Of Two Years) Is ≈ 800 Mwh.The Estimated Value Of The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract Is Up To 156,130.00 Euros Without Vat Included. The Amounts Owed For Network Services (Access To The Power Transmission And Power Distribution Networks And Transmission Of Electric Energy Through Them), The Legally Determined Price For Obligations To Society And The Excise Duty Owed. The Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Order Also Includes The Possible One-Time Renewal Of The Contract For A Period Of One Year, According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 6 Of The Ppzop, In The Event That A New Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Electricity Has Not Been Completed By The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract. Estimated Value Of One Year Supply Renewal Option: Eur 51,130.00 (Fifty One Thousand One Hundred And Thirty Eur) Excluding Vat.The Final Offered Price Is Formed From The Weighted Average Monthly Price For 1 Mwh, According To The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Of The Day Ahead Market Segment + Price For A Fixed Surcharge, To The Weighted Average Monthly Price For 1 Mwh, Excluding Vat.The Weighted Average Monthly Price For Delivery Of 1 Mwh Refers To The Sum Of The Hourly Price Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Ead (Bneb), Determined On The Day-Ahead Market Segment, Calculated For Each Hour Based On The Measured Amount Of Energy Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Party Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In The Balancing Group. In Case Of Registered Imbalances (Surplus Or Shortage) In The Standard Balancing Group, The Same Are At The Contractors Expense.
