The Technical Characteristics And Required Quantities Of The Items Are Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification.The Supplies Are Divided According To Their Nature Into Two Separate Items, Including As Follows:Separate Position No. 1 Delivery And Installation Of Office Furniture And Furnishings Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Office Chairsthe Contracting Authority Will Assign Separate Item 2 Delivery Of Office Chairs In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value - Eur 9,900.00 Without Vat, For Separate Item No. 2, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Estimated Individual Value For The Designated Items No. 2 Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Motives:The Condition Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - The Value Of Separate Item No. 2 – Eur 9,900.00 Without Vat Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77. The Total Estimated Value Of The Separate Item 2 – 9,900.00 Euros Without Vat Represents 18.00% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, I.E.
