The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Dupnitsa For The Season 2026/2027 According To Specific Positions:Separate Position 1: Winter Maintenance Of The Urban Street Network In The City Of Dupnitsa With A Length Of 78,200 Km.Separate Position 2: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Dupnitsa Municipality And Extra-Urban Street Network Within The Settlements Of The Dupnitsa Municipality, Including Village Cemetery Parks With A Total Length Of 85.00 Km.Separate Position 3: Winter Maintenance Of The Republican Roads In The Urbanized Territories Of The Dupnitsa Municipality With A Total Length Of 8,387 Km.Important: On The Basis Of Art. 21 Para. 6 Of The Zop (Since The Cumulative Legal Requirements Have Been Met), The Contracting Authority Has Decided That The Activities Within The Scope Of: Separate Item No. 3 Winter Maintenance Of The Republican Roads In The Urbanized Territories Of The Municipality Of Dupnitsa With A Total Length Of 8,387 Km. Will Be Assigned Under The Conditions And According To The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of The Respective Separate Item, As Follows: Direct Assignment On The Basis Of Art. 20 Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of This, The Present Documentation And All Conditions Stipulated Below Refer To The Assignment Of The Activities Within The Scope Of Separate Positions No. 1 And No. 2.The Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Dupnitsa, Subject To The Public Procurement, Should Be Carried Out In Both Directions Of Traffic And Is A Complex Of Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Passability Of Roads In Winter Conditions And Eliminating Or Limiting The Adverse Influence Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions. The Type And Volume Of Winter Maintenance Works Are Determined Depending On The Level Of Winter Maintenance Accepted For A Given Time. The Main Winter Maintenance Activities Include:1. Snow Clearing: (Patrol And Periodic) On The Roads Until The Relevant Degrees And Level Of Winter Maintenance Are Achieved, Clearing Of Snowbanks, Drifts And Snowdrifts And Removal Of Compacted Snow And Ice Layers2. Road Safety Against Slipping: Spreading Of Mineral Materials And Chemical Substances.
