The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Municipal Premises At 25/2 Sienkiewicza Street In Koło.2.The Scope And Quantity Of Works To Be Performed Should Be Considered In Relation To The Bill Of Quantities, Which Includes:) 1) Renovation Of Wooden Elements Of The Floor In The Room. 2) Floors: I.E. Construction Of New Floors Made Of Ceramic Tiles, Pvc And Floor Panels. 3) Repair Of Plasters: I.E. Dismantling The Ceiling Lining And Removing Debris, Making A New Plasterboard Ceiling Covering On A Wooden Grid, Repainting The Wall Plasters In Places Of Cracks And Applying New Cement-Lime Plasters In Their Place. 4) Dismantling Partition Walls, Removing Demolition Debris, Making New Walls From Plasterboards. 5) Carrying Out Painting Works: I.E. Preparing The Surface With Smoothing Of Irregularities, Wiping Existing Internal Plasters With Scraping Paint Or Removing Wallpaper On Ceilings And Walls, Applying Single-Layer Gypsum Plasters, Priming And Painting With Emulsion Paint. 6) Replacement Of Window Joinery: I.E. Dismantling The Existing Window Joinery, Installing New Triple-Glazed Window Joinery, Dismantling The Existing Joinery And Installation New External Window Sills Made Of Coated Steel Sheet, Forging Out The Existing Ones And Installing New Internal Pvc Window Sills. 7) Replacement Of Door Joinery: I.E. Removal Of Existing Door Frames From The Wall, Installation Of New Frames, Factory-Finished Panel Door Leaves And Insulated External Entrance Doors. 8) Wall Lining With Glazed Tiles. 9) Construction And Replacement Of Internal Sanitary Installations: I.E. Toilet Bowl, Washbasin, Shower Tray, Sink, Water Heating Device, Four-Burner Gas Stove With An Oven, Radiators With Valves.10) Replacement Of The Existing Internal Electrical Installation In The Apartment.11) Ventilation Of The Kitchen And Bathroom.
