The Scope Of The Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Includes In Particular: A) Demolition Of Other Road Elements Interfering With The Execution Of Works (Exits, Culverts, Etc.); B) Earthworks, Trenching, C) Construction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface Along The Length 284.48 M With A Width Of 5.0 M With Curbs And Access To Properties 65, 67 And 69 With A Bituminous Surface 4.0 M Wide And 127.50 M Long; D) Hardening Of The Exits With A Paving Stone Surface, E) Profiling Of Roadside Ditches F) Execution Of Road Foundation Layers, G) Construction Of Bituminous Surfaces, H) Height Adjustment Of Gate Valves Water Supply And Sewage Wells In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Zwik, Replacement Of Hydrants, Hydrant Boxes And Water Supply Valves, Note: The Ordering Party Has Excluded The Implementation Of An Elevated Pedestrian Crossing From The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Scope Of Works Does Not Include The Elevated Pedestrian Crossing Described In The Design Documentation, Point 4 Of The Target Traffic Organization - Construction Design And From Item 22 To 27 And Pos. 46 Of The Bill Of Quantities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Młynkowa In Tuszyn From Ul. Sportowa To The Property 114 And Access To The Property 65, 67 And 69, Which Includes: A) Construction Design B) Technical Design C) Detailed Design D) Stwiorbe) Extracts And Wyrysyf) Zwik Agreement No. 129/2025 Of July 28, 2025, Agreement With The Design Documentation - Constituting An Annex To The Detailed Design G) Bill Of Quantities - As An Auxiliary Element - Excluding Section 5, Item From 21 To 27 And Section 8, Item 45, I.E. Excluding The Raised Pedestrian Crossing. The Bill Of Quantities Provided As Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Adopted Form Of Lump-Sum Remuneration, Is Only Auxiliary Material And Therefore Cannot Be The Sole Basis For Determining The Contractors Remuneration (In The Event Of Potential Discrepancies, The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Listed In Points A) - E Have Priority Over The Auxiliary Bills Of Quantities. The Above Documentation Was Approved By The District Office In Łódź Under No. Aib.6743.454.2025.As And A Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works Was Issued For It On September 3, 2025. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Must Take Into Account All Duties, Activities And Works As Well As Related Costs, Especially Those Referred To In §3 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
