Irena Daniłowicz, Ul. Pańska 2A/14, 58-100 Świdnica With The Development Date Of July 23, 2026.2. Investment Location: 59-400 Jawor, Square At The Intersection Of Kościelna And Św. Barbara (Registered Plot No. 113/12, Precinct No. 7 Stare Miasto.3. General Characteristics: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Year-Round, Free-Standing Public Toilet / Single-Story, Detached Building Covered With A Flat Roof With An Appropriate Slope Enabling Water Drainage; Made Entirely Of A Uniform Monolithic Concrete-Composite Cast, High Durability, Resistance Mechanical And Long Service Life Of The Facility In Conditions Of Intensive Use And Changing Weather Conditions / On Plot No. 113/12, Old Town Area In Jawor, Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Connections To The Network, Land Development And Equipment Of The Facility, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Facility Is To Function As A Public Toilet, Rectangular In Shape, With Three Rooms: 1) A Toilet Adapted For People With Special Needs, Including Wheelchair Users, 2) Toilets For Women And Men, 3) Technical Room With A Separate Entrance From The Outside, Intended For Service Staff, Providing Easy Access To Operating Equipment.: Detailed Requirements Regarding The Parameters Of The Facility, Its Equipment, Installations, Connections And Land Development Are Specified By The Pfu, Taking Into Account Changes And Clarifications Indicated In The Order Documents.4.The Order Is Divided Into Two Interconnected Stages: Design Stage And Implementation Stage. 1) Stage 1: Design And Formal And Legal Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Full Technical And Formal Documentation, Including: A) Pre-Design Works: Preparation Of An Up-To-Date Map For Design Purposes And Necessary Ground Tests. B) Construction And Execution Design: Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Construction Design (Architecture, Structure, Electrical And Sanitary Installations, Telecommunications) In 4 Paper Copies And An Electronic Version (Pdf).C) Supporting Documentation: Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).D) Agreements And Permits: Obtaining A Permit From The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Perform Construction Works Due To The Location In The Historic City Center.
