3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Installation Of Heat Pumps In The Building Of The Tourist Center And The Building Of The Tower (Castle Tower) At The Castle In Muszyna, Including: 1) Delivery And Installation On A Supporting Structure Of Steel Sections Of Heat Pumps With An Electrical Power Of Min. 5.0 [Kw] And Min. 8.0 [Kw].2) Delivery And Installation Of 4 Under-Ceiling Indoor Units In The Castle Tower With A Heating Power Of Min. 5.8 [Kw] Each.3) Delivery And Installation Of 3 Wall-Mounted Indoor Units In The Building Of The Tourist Center With A Heating Capacity Of Min. 4.8 [Kw] Each.4) Construction Of An Installation Using Copper Pipes Insulated With A Pu Jacket.5) Construction Of An Electrical Installation Supplying Outdoor Units With A Ydy 5X10 [Mm2] Cable.6) Construction Of An Electrical Installation Supplying Indoor Units With A Ydy 3X2.5 [Mm2] Cable.3.2 Material Scope: 3.2.1 Material Scope Determined On The Basis Of: - Design Documentation Approved By The Decision Of The Staroste Of Nowy Sącz, Sign: Bud.6740.2349.2025 Of January 21, 2026.3.2.2 As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Prepared Documentation.3.2.3 The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And With Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations And In In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts.3.2.4 The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Art. 3 Points 14 Of The Construction Law, Together With A Set Of Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For Built-In Materials And Devices.3.2.5 Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Understood As The Performance Of All Works And Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, In The Event Of The Requirement To Allow The Subject Of The Contract For Use, Completion Of All Activities Provided For By Law, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Effective Notification Of The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And Handing Over, Together With A Complete Set Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.3.2.6 The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.3.2.7 The Ordering Party Allows For Shortening The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract.3.2.8 The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Are Of An Auxiliary Nature.
