The Agreement Has An End Date Of January 2027, And There Is Therefore A Need To Carry Out A New Procurement In Order To Establish A New Framework Agreement From The Same Time. The Procurement Will Cover The County Councils Ongoing Needs For Goods And Associated Services For Cleaning And Canteen Operations At Secondary Schools, Dental Clinics, Museums And The County Hall. The Purpose Is To Ensure Stable Supply, Efficient Operation And Equal Quality Over Time Across Locations. It Is Also A Goal That The New Framework Agreement Facilitates An Appropriate Standard Range With Necessary Local Adaptations, Good Range Management And A User-Friendly Ordering Solution. The County Council Also Wants Products And Packaging Solutions With Better Environmental Properties, As Well As Safe Compatibility Between Consumables, Dispensers And Machines.
