Advertising Services – Public Service Concession For The Provision, Installation, Removal, Servicing, Maintenance And Operation Of Urban Advertising Communication Furniture And Display Of Municipal Information In The City Of Bois-Colombes. This Consultation Concerns The Devolution Of A Service Concession, In The Form Of A Public Service Concession Within The Meaning Of Article L.1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Concession Covers The Provision, Installation, Removal, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of Street Furniture For Advertising Communication And Municipal Information Displays In The City Of Bois-Colombes. As Part Of This Contract, The City Wishes To Entrust The Following Furniture To The Concessionaire, It Being Understood That The Concessionaire Is The Owner Of The Furniture Which May Or May Not Be The Subject Of Advertising During The Duration Of The Concession: 1.1 Furniture (Property Of The Concessionaire) To Be Installed, Operated And Maintained By The Concessionaire: - 7 Electronic Information Journals (Jei) - 21 Lollipops Including:  18 Lollipops With 2 Display Sides  3 Box Lollipops Scrolling With 3 Display Sides, For A Total Of 47 Display Sides 1.2 Furniture (Property Of The City At The End Of The Previous Contract) To Be Refurbished, Operated And Maintained By The Concessionaire: - 24 Passenger Shelter Locations Including:  2 Double Bus Shelters With 2 Display Sides  3 Double Bus Shelters With 4 Display Sides  10 Standard Bus Shelters With 2 Display Sides  9 Standard Bus Shelters With 1 Display Face, A Total Of 45 Display Faces 1.3 Furniture (Currently Owned By The City Then Owned By The Concessionaire) To Be Replaced, Operated And Maintained By The Concessionaire: - 6 Panels For Free Display - 16 Panels For Administrative Display As A General Rule, The Furniture Will Be Repositioned In Place Of The Existing One. Candidates, However, Have The Option Of Proposing Adjustments In Order To Improve Its Implementation. The Implementation Plans Will Then Be Adjusted Accordingly After Favorable Opinion From The Municipality. Finally, It Is Specified That Candidates Will Be Able To Propose New Or Reconditioned Furniture In Their Offer Except For:  Jei Which Will Necessarily Be New  Bus Shelters Which Will Remain In Place And Will Be Subject To On-Site Refurbishment. In Application Of Article L. 3114-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, In Its Wording Resulting From Article 35 Of Law No. 2021-1104 Of August 22, 2021 On The Fight Against Climate Change And Strengthening Resilience To Its Effects, The Conditions Of Execution Of The Concession Contract Take Into Account Considerations Relating To The Environment. They Relate In Particular To Controlling Water And Energy Consumption Of Equipment, Limiting, Sorting And Recovering Waste, And The Environmental Quality Of Materials And Maintenance Products.
