The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Contract One (1) Professional Security Service Provider Who Will Ensure The Reliable, Continuous And Protocol-Driven Implementation Of All Necessary Security Services Within Hhr For A Minimum Of Three (3) And A Maximum Of Six (6) Years, Including At Least Control Room, Alarm Follow-Up, Camera Verification, Conducting Fire And Closing Rounds And Incidental Requests For Security Guards/Guards. The Intended End Result Is A Well-Functioning, Manageable And Flexible Framework Agreement In Which: *All Security Services Are Carried Out Reliably And In Accordance With Fixed Protocols, Including Control Room Work, Alarm Follow-Up, Camera Verification, Fire And Closing Rounds, Surveillance, Opening/Closing And Attendant Services. *A Stable And Secure App And Online Platform Is Available That Allows Authorized Employees (Approx. 150) To Independently Manage Operational Settings Such As Test Modes, Scheduling Times And Location-Based Activity Logs. *The Service Meets All Legal Obligations, Quality Standards, Kpis, Response Time Standards And Privacy And Security Requirements (Gdpr, Isos, Wpbr/Rpbr, Wwke And Nis2). *Possibility To Add Additional Services Such As Work Monitoring Only, Operator Service, Permanent Security Service And Innovation Pilots Within The Same Framework Agreement. *The Client Is Unburdened, While The Officers Of The Physical Security Department And The Contract Manager Can Manage Quality, Compliance And Continuity. *There Is Room For Further Development And Innovation, So That Security Services Evolve With Technological And Organizational Developments.
