Lifts – Replacement Of 4 Lifts In The Surgery And Interns Pavilion – Vyškov Hospital. Delivery And Installation Of 4 Elevators And Necessary Services And Construction Work Including, In Particular: Processing Of Project Documentation For The Delivery And Installation Of The Mentioned Elevators Into An Operable, Safe And Appropriate Design According To The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation Of The Contract In Question. Implementation Of: • Necessary Construction Modifications Of The Elevator Shaft And Elevator Machine Room, • Dismantling And Ecological Disposal Of Existing Elevators Within The Scope Of The Procurement Documentation, • Material Provision And Installation Of New Elevator Equipment Within The Scope Of The Procurement Documentation Of The Contract In Question, • Electrical Supply. Energy From The Drinking Area To The Elevator Machine Room, Including A Valid Revision, • Securing All Documents Necessary To Ensure The Safe Operation Of The Elevator. • Elevators And All Related And Connected Components Are Not And Will Not Be Classified As Evacuation Elevators According To This Subject Contract When The Completed Elevators Are Handed Over. However, The Client Requires That The Elevator Shafts In Question And Their Accessories Be Designed, Constructed And Put Into Operation In Accordance With The Requirements Set Forth In Article 9.6.5 And Article 8.10.5 Of Čsn 73 0802 Evacuation Elevators. • Lifts Must Be Implemented, Handed Over And Operated In Open Protocol Mode - Prohibition Of Software And Hardware Locks (Eg Time Bombs) That Would Block The Lift After Time. • Elevators Must Be Built, Handed Over And Operated In Such A Way As To Ensure A Service Life Of Min. 15 Years From The Date Of Delivery And Acceptance Of The Elevator (Work) And The Contractor Will Ensure Full Availability Of All Spare Parts, Components, Consumables And Diagnostic Elements Necessary For Proper Operation, Maintenance, Repairs, Revisions And Service Of The Elevator For The Entire Planned Lifetime. Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Service, Inspections And Revisions Necessary For Operation For A Period Of 60 Months From The Handover Of The Completed Work Specified In Annex No. 3 Of The Contract – Warranty Service Conditions)
