TGGENCO-KTPS VII Stage/Paloncha - Supply,Erection,Testing And Commissioning Of Automatic Generation Control(AGC) Equipment , Supply, Erection, Testing And Commissioning Of Automatic Generation Control (AGC) Equipment Scope Of Supply: RTU - 1 NO: 1) RTU With Dual CPU Card, Communication Card, DB 9 Serial Interface Ports (101 Protocol), Minimum 4 Ethernet Ports (104 Protocol) Interface Tx/Rx. Minimum 4 No RS485 Communication Ports. Firmware Of The Communication Protocol Should Be Loaded. 2) RTU With 24 V DC Dual Power Supply. 3) The RTU Should Be Provided With An Integrated PLC Module, Duly Licensed For Configuration And Programming. 4) There Should Be Sufficient Space To Store The Internal Events And It Should Be Backed Up With Battery Supply To Hold The Same. 5) The RTU Shall Be Equipped With GPS Time Synchronization Capability, Supporting IRIG-B Signal, Binary Input, Or SNTP Protocol. 6) The Events, Commands, Inputs Should Be Recorded At A Configured Time Interval And Should Be Stored In The Database With Timestamp. 7) Industrial PC For Entering Certain Data And Storing The Data Mentioned Above. 8) Capable Of Assigning Minimum 2 No IP Addresses For Each Ethernet Port. 9) Capable Of Communicating To Minimum 4 No Masters Simultaneously In IEC 60870-5-104 Protocol. 10) Capable Of Sending The Grouped Data. 11) Recommended Makes Are ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Scope And GE.
